bigzippy - I've just made a Kevin ( potential 1 cap wonder ) Davies card. Will hopefully be mailing it out to him in the next week or so. Bolton have always been a good team to write too - fingers crossed

Fantastic Shearer!-he has one of the best autos around and is my all time Geordie hero (after my Gran). I was fortunate enough to meet him a couple of years ago at a charity dinner in Toronto and he was a brilliant lad. He signed 6 items for me that night and all six are 10/10 signatures locked away in the pc for life.
Also love the Paul Mariner signature-very unique penmanship.
Great idea for a set.
Can't wait to see a Keegan, Shilton and hopefully Trevor Francis down the road. Would love to see a Gazza but highly doubt that one is possible anymore.

Bolton are my team and great to get autos from. The ony guy who was ever difficult was Diouf but that was because of his security guys. Kev is great, I have just done a charity t-shirt for his charity KiDs of Bolton. If you dont have any luck with him first time let me know and I should be able to sort one out for you.

Yep - buy a box of Sharpies and send one out with each request, some use them, some don't - some return them, some don't

There's no such thing as average I'm afraid - some players ( especially older ex-players ) are super fast at returning them, a couple within a week

The current players are unpredictable at best - Leighton Baines took six months, Kevin Davies took a couple of weeks. I guess it's luck of the draw. David James took 24 days
