Epack Achievements Question

Never used E-pack before but I see they have CFL on there. Here is my question:

When you combine to get an E-pack achievement do you keep the cards that you needed? For example, in CFL if you redeem a complete red set you get a Manziel Auto and Regular Manziel insert. Do I also keep the 200 red cards or are they lost to get the Achievement cards?

You keep the redeemed cards, they are just marked as "redeemed" and cannot be used for any further achievements by anyone. Still tradeable/transferable.

I think the only time you "lose" cards is when you combine them up into foils/gold foils/golds/blues or whatever other color you combine for. Lol

I kinda figured that's how it had to be otherwise you would have incomplete print runs of the serial numbered cards. Thanks.
