ePack Issues?

Anyone else have trouble with ePack this afternoon? I logged in at 12:00 and tried to purchase the latest Game Dated Moments cards that were released. It kept saying my "transaction failed try again later", no matter what payment type I used or whatever configuration of items I tried to purchase. I tried over a dozen times with no luck. Then.......... all the Game Dated Moments cards were sold out. Guess I won't be completing the set this year. :|

The site has issues. I read a post on FB that an admin on the site (at some point) said that they ended up pulling them, the cards are not sold out, and they will announce a later date when they will be for sale.

Since they re-designed the website, its been a massive dumpster fire. Trading is so difficult, the menus are awful, and there have been non-stop problems with checkouts. They have listened to the userbase on a couple of things and implemented changes, but those were minor. The whole system is garbage now in my opinion.

Soooo. The Game Dated Moments cards came up for sale again yesterday and I logged in right at release time. Had the exact same issues with the site rejecting my purchase. Tried 5 different times with different configurations of cards in my cart and different payment options. All failed. I've faithfully purchased the GDM cards every week since their inception and I'm really disappointed I won't be able to complete the set this year. I contacted customer service and received this answer:


"We are sorry to hear what happened. The GDM cards have been very popular and sell out quickly. We will share this experience with our management team.
Thank you for bringing this to our attention, we hope you have a good day."

They were not sold out, the site simply was not permitting my transaction. With this response I'm pretty sure I'm done with ePack.
