I do not know how involved he still is with the company but I would love to know what happened to their forums. I loved it there for many years but the technical issues were mounting and not getting addressed yet the costs were always increasing.

I still believe they have the best organization platform in the business but every around it just fell apart.

Also understand if you do not want to be confrontational.
