Well had to leave the Expo early this time around. So while I sit here waiting I thought I would share what I did pick up.

This year I was on the other side of the table as a dealer. The plan was not to buy but to sell and I was doing pretty well, then as usual I caved in. I will admit this was my smallest haul ever from the show.

On to the show

All are PC

Next 2 were purchased at the same table and was the only 2 hockey cards in this dealers booth, sometimes it pays to look at everything (if you have the time).

Donruss Preferred Metals

Next is my second copy of this card and could not be happier to have it.

Ken Dryden Future Trends auto

Normally that would have been number 1, but this last one was the first card I got at this show. I would have been happy with just this as my only pickup.

Stickwork Nameplate

Terry Sawchuk

Well that is it for this Expo.

Hope everyone had a great Expo. To everyone that bought or traded with me thanks.

Thanks for the look.

Wow! Sweet Sawchuk and Dryden. I have to get one of those myself one day. On another note, I see you are from Saint John. My son recently moved there and we are planning to visit this summer. Are there any decent card shops or shows in the area or around Moncton?

Here I thought the the Dryden was best of show. Then you go and end it with the Sawchuk.

Thanks for the peek and congrats.

Not much for shops but there is one Fundy Coins at 84 king St . The next show planned for Moncton is May 18 , 55 Mark Ave. I’ll be set up there. They do have a Facebook page The Greater Moncton Sports card Expo.

Great stuff. I was lucky enough to get the Dryden back before the price exploded on them. I think I paid $80 for mine, I’m thinking you weren’t so lucky.

Nice pick ups Ray. While I love the Dryden, the Sawchuk is amazing.

Thanks I really could not believe that they were both still available on Friday afternoon. Funny thing both in the same row about 5 booths apart.

Not bad pickups BUT the best part about Expo was meeting you and not having to dish out a penny for the card I got from you.

Thanks very much it went to a good home, and it was great to finally meet you as well.

Very very nice stuff, I am a big fan of the Orr and Dryden autos. Curious, did you happen to see a Lemieux, Roy or Phil Esposito brushstrokes brown auto at the show? My White whales at this point

Thank you

Pacman
