Just to be aware that some fake OPC blank backs do exist on Ebay. I bought one. If I had enlarged the photo or taken a better look, I might have just stayed away. But I paid my 50 cents and got it anyways.

It was obvious that it was printed out on standard paper and then glued to standard cardboard. The top layer (with the photo) was white paper, the bottom layer was about the same color as an OPC card stock.

The seller had listed it as if it wasn't a custom card. Did Luca Caputi even get a card in that set?

I do not know if he has a card in this set or not, but if they are going to fake blank back cards at least use the Retro version since those were the only ones that were available in packs.

Sorry you got duped. I got duped on a press plate where someone washed the chrome card to give it that press plate look.

I bought some fake ones on eBay. They were cut outs from the box bottom. I did get my money back though.

It wasn't that much money, so I wasn't too concerned. I'll just add it to my oddities collection. The seller said he got it in a lot. Since all the other cards I purchased from him were from the 70s and 80s, its possible he is not up to date on newer products. I sent him an invite here too. :D

Terrible looking custom.

The font style is completely off and there is no OPC logo at all. The cut is way off as well.

At least you didn't dish out too much cash for it.

While I hate people selling customs on ebay to begin with, if a person's going to go through with it at least put it in your title or description. Describe what is actually being sold rather than mislead.
