Question:
May 5th I order box's of Hockey UD series II from a online company (which at the time seemed creditable). To this date I have not received the product, I have made atleast 4 phone calls all talking with a women (I suspect to be the same one) after giving her my order number she pauses, then rambles about it being shipped and a new shipment date usually about 3-5 days away. Ok the first 2 times this passed by with the normal mail is slow response. Back on June 17 I had received an email from them saying package had shipped. Notice that email took 42 days from intial order date.
Ok, Ok I wrote it all off as slow shipments to them and maybe they have been out of stock. Once I even asked for a refund or to switch my dollar value order to any product that was available, they said NO.. They insisted on it be ing shipped and every 2 weeks when I would call back inquiring to its existance they sound oh mail is slow or its still in prep for shipping (even after giving me previous arrvial dates saying it was all ready shipped) I kept believing it was coming.
Now I dont believe any of this anymore and question the companys pratices, they have since dropped the price of the product by almost 20.00 a box, no problem supply and demand of product and new product releases, and have also stated its in stock, both on there website and in person during one of my phone calls. My last call 10 days ago I was told the package would have arrived at my door last wednesday the 19th, it is one week later and still no package this makes 5 failed delivery dates (that I have been told). The postal service isnt this bad, are they????
-----oh yeah the companies name is tradingcardcollectibles.com
Anyone else have issues with these guys before?
Awaiting my shipment day #82 and counting.......
And oh yeah value of all cards in that series dropping, so ROI likelly low now. Oh well I guess I learned a lesson.........

Thanks Justin but Iam not wanting to get that crazy over it YET (possibly soon though), I was thinking better Business Buerea, to start things off. I know I cant be the only one they are doing this too.
Anyone dealt with these guys before? good deal, bad deal, indiffrent? Let me know. Thanks

If you have almost waited 3 months it wouldnt be getting crazy, with so many calls etc.. you should have your boxes by now. Or there should be some better expliantion by a somewhat big company.

Hey!

If memory serves me correctly! This company: 'tradingcardcollectibles.com' of Jacksonville, Texas, has been known for leading the buyer along the garden path.

I'd forego contacting the Better Business Bureau. If you paid with a Credit Card, which I hope was the case. I'd contact them and start the charge back procedure.

Cause almost three months to ship from Texas to Florida is just asinine....

All the best to ya!

Brian

This company used to be called Sports Card Wholesale and I have dealt with them twice and both times were the same as our friends up above. I would call the police and file a chargeback on your Credit Card/Paypal. That is how I resolved my problem with them. The lady you deal with is a real classless person who feed you nothing but lies and false promises.

I hope this helps,
Shawn

Sounds as though you've been had. Slow shipping is one thing, but they are flat out lying to you and that is unacceptable. Start filing and chargebacks that you can ASAP.

Thanks guys, I have attempted the chargeback process through them, The lady you talked with must be the same one I have dealt with on multiple occasions, and every time she is about as friendly and helpful as a pet skunk.
I am not to pleased with there pratices, and am now awaiting my money back. We will see how long this takes. All would be buyers from them beware of this company, you are lucky if you get good service and product delivered.

Contact the Better Business Bureau. You'll be surprised how much that can help.

I bought a Lovesac a couple years ago for $400, and it was just garbage. I took it back for a refund, as allowed by state law, and their in-store policy was to give a 3/4ths refund, so I was out $100. Well, after two months of fighting with them, I filed with the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General of the state where I bought the thing. Within two days of the BBB report being sent to Lovesac to be dealt with, suddenly they were happy to give me a full refund.

If it's actually SportCardWholesale as Shawn indicated, they're a bunch of crooks. I've never dealt with them before and never would, as I have not heard one good thing about them. There have been numerous posts on other website about them being flat out thieves. If by some miracle you were to receive your series 2, they would likely only send you retail anyway (they've done it in the past). Get your money back and stay as far away from them as possible.....

UPDATE:
Just finished about the most pleasing and customer service friendly phone call of my life. I called to ask about my supposed refund that was promised last week with email notification as expected nothing came to me, so I called. Holy cow the way she(same lady as mentioned before) responded you would think I asked for 3/4 of the ladies blood, her left arm and first born. She then raised her voice and started mocking me. I couldnt believe it. I demanded my money back and tried to talk as she ranted and raved.
I proceeded to thank her for her professional service and praised her company and how they must have an excellent customer base. She was not pleased with my comments and started going off about how awesome they are and how many pleased and satisfied customers they have. I laughed and asked for there names because I would love to talk with them. She lost her mind when I said that and went off. She started screaming and would not even let me talk. I actually laughed at her, it was like talking with my 9 year old daughter about getting ready for bed.
Anyways I contacted my Credit Card company about the chargeback, and will be fileing a report with the better business berau. This is a shame to have to do all this for for a few meesly boxs of UD hockey cards. But its all about principle now.
All Beware: tradingcardcollectibles.com are thieves DO NOT do business with them.

I filed my report with Better business Bearau (BBB), low and behold you guys were correct there previous company was wholesale cards they were shut down by the better business berau, and it looks like trading card collectibles is following in its same footsteps.

Since BBB is a public site I feel no shame in posting this, I have included there report below go to the BBB website and you can check out the previous company BBB report, it reads like sales on a walmart register tape. Beware of them people!!!

I took what I could get--said that UD 1 was backordered, no refund, kept pushing cheap boxes on me. Finally just said give me a box of Prestige and Ultra hockey--but they were out of hobby, so I settled for retail. Probably wont get that either.

Well my nightmare of a transaction is finally over, I received my full refund today, to my credit card. For all people that might be experienceing the same lies and deception from this company, just get into it with the annoying lady (you know who Iam talking about), and demand your money back dont waste your time/money waiting on would be products. Best of luck to everyone and thanks for the help to those who posted replies.
