Ive been a big fan of Frameworth in the past, buying many jerseys and pics from them. But three times now Ive purchased from them under their "Deal of the Day" online program and have received a defective product. (I also have a Crosby and a Gordie Howe photo that have auto's that are smudged or have gaps in the writing) This time it was an auto'd Bobby Orr stick. A smudged auto and black damage marks on the stick as well. They sent it to me in a huge ball of bubble wrap that had to be cut off so there isnt even anything for me to send it back to them in. Super disappointed in Frameworth. Ive reached out to them via email as no one is answering their phone and their Facebook account wouldnt help me, referring me to email their main account instead.

Im wondering if anyone else has had the same experience Ive had with Frameworth and their "deal of the day" program? Are others finding that they using this program to get rid of their defective or "not quite perfect" product?

Eeesh sounds rough. I know if I was buying an auto from a place like them, I would expect smudge free autos, unless it was noted before hand and I knew about it.
If you can't get a hold of them via phone or email(might be closed for easter), send them a tweet with them tagged, so that everyone can see it. Might get a quicker response that way. Usually works for me.

Hope it works out for ya.
