Most of you probably already have heard, but, recently on a SportsCenter interview with Dan Patrick, when asked the names of the Patriots starting secondary, 'The People's Champion' came up blank. He responded, "I don't know their names, but I do know their numbers: 22, 25, and 37. 37's Harrison, I got something for you, Harrison."
Well, Fred-Ex had to ignite more controversy. When Rodney was told about the comments, he called him immature and said that he was a first-round pick who hasn't amounted to anything yet. Freddie responded with, "I don't care."
Firstly, to not know the names of Asante Samuel [22] and Randall *** [21] is pathetic. Also, there is no number 25 in the Pats secondary, unless he was trying to name Eugene Wilson's number, which is 26. Freddie is awfully confident heading into the Super Bowl, especially with his impressive 22 catches during the regular season, and decent, but not great, performances in the playoffs.
You can bet #37 won't need any words on the field, once Freddie comes across the middle.
