Some reason specially Canadian post office doesn't hit ink to the stamps pretty often. So Im sever them off. Theres no ink at all and these are ready to use again.

Here are pics: Im added some stamps more after I take this photos. So Canadian post stamps total value is 78$ and USA stamps 18$

I need 25CA$ paypal and 6$ USA. Its free money to both of us.

It may be "free money" but it's also illegal to reuse postage (whether it was cancelled or not).
