I've come to a cross roads with the hobby and as much as I enjoy the company and meeting new people along the way. In general the hobby has become to high end focused with the majority of products costing well over the $100 mark for a box/pack. While I don't open a lot of wax. (I used too). Three years ago I decided to become more player specific for collecting and started focusing on picking up singles rather than ripping wax and gambling.
Unfortunately It's still just a little too pricey for me and I feel my interests being pulled into other ventures. So I've decided to let go of my collections some of which are quite extensive with regards to 1/1's and low numbered cards. While it took Hartman, Mantha & Honka until this year to start playing NHL games. Mantha has caught fire while Hartman is playing well in a Bottom Six Role for the Blackhawks. Honka turned in some points in a 7 game stint before being injured.
Here is a link to my entire collection. If possible I'd like to sell the players as complete sets rather than tearing them apart, but I'm pretty flexible.
