Hey folks,
Before I flog this on eBay, I just upgraded our family digital camera and have this amazing Nikon CoolPix 8700 available - this is a "bridge" prosumer camera between the regular point and shoot and a DSLR. You can go as manual as you want or let it decide everything for you.
Extras included are the grip you see attached at the bottom that gives you that "SLR feel" as well as uses NiMH "AA" rechargables for more power. The 8700 also has a small LiION battery that goes in the bottom of the camera when you take the grip off. That battery and charger are included as well.
I may even have the instruction manual...if not it's available on Nikon's site.
Shoot me a PM - looking for $300CAD for this one - it's a great camera, and is very high quality as are all Nikons.
