For those of you that sell on EBAY.

This is an FYI to inform you of some fraudulent activity. A seller going by the name of hortonfan16, is actually topshelfsports26, a recently suspended EBAY user; Adam Shermansky...aka Phantomkid26.

If he wins your auction, you will not get paid.

Its absolutely amazing...I don't wanna list names because I don't want my post to be deleted, but he stiffed a friend of mine on EBAY for about $200 on a card with his Topshelfsports26 ID, then when my friend goes to relist it, Adam bids again on it with his new id. The guy is a total, dishonest, *******.
 
This kid is an idiot, for all of you that stuck up for him for so long this is he has become. All I ever heard was he is good for the hobby, he's enthusiastic--he's a frickin criminal, is what he is.
If he is ever ever let back on this site, I will be gone but not first before I tell the little jerk what I think of him. He emails the mods all the time, Let me back I have changed my ways blah blah blah--hes a jerkoff plain and simple. For you that think this is too harsh, tell the guy that got bent over on his auction, or the thousands of dollars he bid on others auction---Hope this kid grows up today and when he commits his fraudulent activities he lands himself in jail.
 
Tell me about it. He's in the process of stiffing me on my Premier Gold Bergeron Auto #4/10 he won from me. He's just a punk kid with nothing better to do. Needs to get himself a girlfriend or a blow up doll so he can stay off the freaking computer.
 
I bought a card from "them" yesterday. I haven't paid yet. You think I should wait for a few days and hope he gets booted again?
 
Hey guys his ID here(or he has somebody helping him out with an id here) is yankeefan419. He says he that Phantomkid knew his password thats why he was warned on here. I have contacted paypal about him as I sent him $35 and have not received anything yet.. He comes on AIM and the minute I mention Phantomkid or hortanfan16 he signs off

His only problem is an extreme lack of a grip on reality.

It is nice not having to read on every mail post the firstreply being from him saying "I could use (everything) lmk"

That would be a definite positive externality of his ban from HI.
 
Sorry to bump this agin, but it looks like Adam lost another account... Hortonfan16 is NARU now. I wonder what his next one will be.

topshelfsports26 won a Messier Auto Buyback for over a $100 from me a month ago and promised me 3 times the money was on the way. Dont know why he has an issue with me. Thanks for the heads up I will update my blocked bidders list.

Guys, just letting you know. The hortonfan16 account was a friend of phantomkid21's and he let him use it. He's a good seller, it's just all of phantomkid's NPB's that got him suspended. I got my card from him.
