Just a heads up for anyone that was thinking about bidding on the card below. It should be old news by now that many of the Cup RCs that "cupisbest" lists on ebay are repatched but I never get tired of raising awareness of this dark side of the hobby.

I'm convinced that the Mason Raymond is as well - but I don't have a photo of it, just a note that it wasn't 4 colour.
 
have you tried sending him the original scan and asking him whats up?

Is this a pack pulled card? I saw another one the same number and the swatch is different. Just curious.

No the card was purchased from a dealer at the Toronto Expo a couple of years back. This was part of my PC and I am selling off everything I have because of junior stuff like this, just tired of the card business. Been burned too many times ;-((

I wouldn't doubt it all Kev. He's already sold 2 other M.Rays recently, both 3-4 colors each. As a Raymond collector, I remembered counting the number of 3+ color ARP's on my hand upon its initial release. Most of his cards were of the 1-2 color variety during that first year.

Too much of a stretch to think otherwise.
