Hey guys,
A lot of us are longtime UFC and PRIDE fans. Canada's first big ticket Mixed Martial Artist Gary Goodridge released his autobiography "Gatekeeper" today. I was fortunate enough to get an advance copy to review and post in anticipation of release today.

The book is pretty chilling in a whole. With all the increased concern about head injuries in sport today as well, Gary's self-admitted experiences are very telling about what could happen if you let things go a little too long.
It was a fun read overall, especially for a longtime PRIDE FC fan.
