when a rookie card is listed as $10 and the parallel is listed as .75x base
what is the value of the parallel?

anyone?
doesn't seem right that the parallel would be less than the base.

Sorry, a kind of older thread, but it does make sense for parallels being cheaper in the case of rookie cards. People sometimes simply want the real thing and oftentimes parallels (obviously not something like a Cup parallel) are cheaper as far as the book says.

For newer low end RC parallel issues that seems to be the case, but particularly for numbered stuff I haven't found lower values to be the case on "parallel RC"issues.
