I'm sorry if this question has been asked and answered to earlier.

For my Mikhail Grigorenko PC, I have a excel document with all the cards that exist of him that I keep updating when new cards are out, and to keep track of my PC. As I started it when he only got ITG-cards, there have been easy to updated it when new sets are out.

Now as I'm starting up my Daniel Briere PC again, I wonder if there's some way to get the cards that are listed on Beckett easy converted to a textfile or something like that so it's easy to paste in a excel document? Or is there any other smart ways to get a full checklist of cards for a player saved in some way? Feel like there should be some other way then copying one line of text and paste it "for hand" in a new file from the Beckett site

Well I was going to make one for you as it only takes a couple of minutes.
But. Beckett has gotten even lamer now and Once I added his cards to a collection. I must now pay to view it. I remember now why I hate that site.

Anyway, if you have a subscription it should go like this. (trying to remember how I used to do it)

1. Add all the players cards into a collection.
2. Each page highlight from the beginning of the first card, down to the last card on the page and right click "COPY".
3. Open up excel, start a new document.
4. Right click in the first cell in the upper left corner, and go to Paste Special under Paste options.
5. On the screen that pops up, select Unicode Text.

That should give you a good starting point. You will have to do the above steps for each page (probably about 100 cards at a time).
With a little work. You can make it look how you want.

This is what I did for my Patrick Roy PC.

Here is a link to the google docs excel spreadsheet.

It was made years ago when I used to use beckett and had a subscription. Thats why prices are listed. But as you can see with some work, you can organize it however you want. Mine is done by year. Along the bottom You can select the different years.

There are other sites that provide "checklists" but I am unsure how reliable they are.

There's some things I totally hate in Beckett checklists. Like really stupid errors like claiming that Al MacInnis (click) is an Avalanche player or that this one: 2014-15 UD Masterpieces Autographs #177 Alexander Khokhlachev is both a Joey Hishon and an Avalanche card (click) or that Kyle Greentree is Cody McLeod (click).

Also they don't recognize error cards as cards of a given player, for example this one: 1995-96 Collector's Choice #350 Samuel Phalsson RC is not a Samuel Pahlsson card. No, it is Samuel Phalsson card (click)

Some players don't have rookie cards at all. Like for example Aaron Miller. I have no idea why for example this one: 1997-98 Upper Deck #258 Aaron Miller doesn't qualify as his RC (click).

Probably the most annoying part, anyway, is that there's absolutely no way to search for team cards. Yes, team cards, as in checklists, logos, etc. Got to hunt those all manually.
