Hi,
I have a complete but damaged 1969 O-Pee-Chee Four in with Bobby Orr. But the Orr is clean. PSA grades 1969 O-Pee-Chee Four in One Single Bobby Orr so the question is how do I best separate the Orr to get the best grade? What goes into grading an item with perforated edges? Should they be torn or cut?
Any input, experience, expertise is appreciated.
