How are they able to tell what packs have an auto in them? I realize with a patch or jersey card they might be thicker or feel different but a sticker auto in a pack of all base cards cannot be easy to differentiate can it?

I didn't watch the entire video but he said soemthing about a sticky pack? Are they opening them up and gluing them back?

Go ahead and pull all the $1.00 game used cards and leave the more valuable Young Guns behind....Noob

Sorry for my ignorance...but is that gentlemen on the picture actually a employee of that store or just a regular customer??? It indeed looks very weird to doing that way even if he's a employee....or a customer!

That pic was posted by Upper Deck, but I would assume that is a customer searching through the packs looking for hits. There is an easy way to do it apparently, if you know the secrets, but who stoops to that kind of low, is what I want to know? I'd rather see a kid pull an auto from those packs, and be very excited, than to see some 40 year old idiot like this guy search the packs. He wouldn't do that if I was in the store that I guarantee.

Are we so quick to judge this fellow from 1 photo? There is a good chance there may be a short bus waiting in the parking lot for him  If that is not the case, the gentleman should be escorted out the back door with a quick stop in the garden section for a rubber hose.

Ive seen guys with scales at target before really sad...i remember pulling a super nice auto from a bkb product years ago at retail, guy missed that and got plenty of cheap gu for his troubles

did anyone notice the pictures he showed of the guy with the bad a** shorts are photoshopped?

Yeah, pretty sure he just stole the photo from People of Walmart... I seem to recall seeing the photo there and sure enough http://www.peopleofwalmart.com/page/1112/ ... (as new pics get added you may need to page forward to a higher page num). I'm sure our anti-pack-searcher-crusader has seen some shennanigans out there but i call BS on the photo he claims to be a pack searcher.

Soooo, this guy buys the hot packs that the pack searcher was forced to put back?.....how does that justify the situation?......there are a bunch of vids where he bought the searched packs, and he said security told him to take the packs as "evidence", open them on video and return them?.....yeah, that's TOTALLY believable

meh the sad part is most people with mental disabilities at worse have enough sense not to sit on the floor in a target a rumble through packs especially when the reward is more than likely a card that will sell for less than the cost of the pack....I would not give him the benefit of the doubt...just a 35-45yo jackass with visions of grandeur....sure most like the big pull but most of us are patient enough to either buy in boxes, buy the bigger $ we want or just pick packs at random.....

I don't know if people do this at targets/walmarts close to me but I buy off of blowoutcards.com or DACW.com mostly...hockey cards are not as popular in my area anyway...so I would not be looking for the morons on the rare occasion that I am in one of these stores
