Gretzky 500th Goal Robert Mummery Print

hey guys and gals...im looking for some help in determining value and getting some history on the framed print below...Cert of Authenticity says its a Robert Mummery print, which is # to 1000. As noted it acknowledging his 500th goal

There's one online, 19/1000. Seller was looking for $400.

It's been awhile since I saw one of these prints - but I saw them around Edmonton a fair bit in the late 80s and early 90s - They may have been available through the Oilers since Bob Mummery was the team photographer at the time.
