Gretzky and Tocchet may sue

According to the Newark Star-Ledger, lawyers for Janet Gretzky and Rick Tocchet filed notice that they intend to sue for allegedly being defamed by having evidence from confidential wiretaps illegally released.

Thanks for the link Brian. Interesting, seems out of the Gretzkys character but good for him. Nice to see them pickup for themselves.
