This is what bothers me about PSA; you can't tell what the problem is with the card from their grades. To me it looks like some surface issues and that top right corner looks like it was cut inward instead of straight? Otherwise centering may be a little off but that should grade higher.

Old guy here, who hasn't collected in years, so take with a pinch of salt.
The bottom right edge looks odd to me. Trimmed? Every corner has a touch of white to it, and the edges are all fuzzy. 6.5-7 is all I would have given it...but like I said, old guy recent re-entry to collecting.

There are better PSA 7’s listed with BIN prices lower than this. Doesn’t make sense to me.
