Is it real? Yeah I'd say so. It is graded and slabbed after all by a decent grader.
Is it worth $215 USD? Not to me, but it doesn't strike me as a horrible price.

I believe it is not a fake. From what I've read the Topps version has a thin yellow line by the top of the left shoulder and if you look closely this one has that yellow line (OPC version has a yellow dot). Secondly, it is graded by a reputable grading company in KSA. Yes, I know not everyone likes KSA the preference for vintage being PSA, but I don't think they would blunder this one. Thirdly, I do believe it is worth $200 plus. Albeit, it is not an OPC, the more valuable and more desirable version, but it is still a Topps, and not low grade, so for that price, I'd take it.

I agree that it's not a horrible price, but in the past KSA has been a bit more generous with grades, compared to BVG and PSA (about 0.5 to 1.0 points).
If it's for your PC, I'd save up a bit more and aim for a BVG 7. The corners look much sharper at that grade. Or go for a BVG 6 or 6.5.
If our dollar was better, I'd say go for it.

I'd trust KSA for the authenticity of the card. They do handle lots of vintage hockey. Not sure I would pay $215 US for that though. For me, I found it was more affordable to just buy raw and then submit for grading myself.
