Guy selling FAKE Crosby gamer on kijiji Edmonton

The poster has now taken the Game worn title out of the listing. He must have caught wind that it was/is a fake.

Saw the jersey and asked the guy to send me a photo of the game worn patch on the inside and this is what I got:

It says MeiGray Groop instead of MeiGray Group.

I checked MeiGray's Population Report on the photo of the MeiGray tag he posted. It isn't Crosby Gamer, but rather an Alan Nasreddine Game-Issued jersey. He never played in the game.

Unfortunately there are hundreds, many thousands, of these counterfeits.These fakes were produced overseas, we have been told, and we have gotten 1-2 questions about this jersey by innocent collectors being offered them for the last 10 years.

The manufacturer of these counterfeits used the same wrong tag number to produce other star NHL players' fakes
