My Redemptioncard is 1 year old! Thanks UD for this bad anniversary!

I redeemed a 04-05 UD All-World Regular Card Autograph Parallel Super Shortprint of Ilya Kovalchuk ( #ed/10 ) on 8th August 2005!

1 year later it is the same status like day one!

I sent many mails to Upper Deck with no response. I called the CS 2 months ago and the operator told me, I get a replacement for it. Yes it was 2 months ago.

If there is anybody, who can help me with the CS and have contacts to them it would be very nice!

Thanks

HAPPY BIRTHDAY Kovalchuk card!

It's amazing to see how many cards are getting to the 1-year mark and several that are over the 1-year mark. I know a few people (including me) started keeping track of what our redemptions are at. Kind of sad to see the time it's taking for some of these cards.

You're at least the third person here who has one of those cards, me and habsfan are the others - I asked Karvin about a week ago and said he would look into it

I would've been at 18 months with my Coffey/Murphy/Bourque triple autograph, but I cashed in on a replacement package about 3 months ago. To the best of my knowledge, the triple autograph still hasn't been released.

I have one in redemption as well. Chris Carlin told me this a while back:

"All World cards should be reprinted in early July and sent out to be signed from there."

Apparently the ones they first sent out were lost/damaged.

Here's a stupid question. . .

Why would All World cards need to be "reprinted" when they were sticker autographs? It's not like they send the actual card with blank sticker attached. I think that excuse Carlin gave you is bogus.

I wonder if he was implying the fact that the cards need to be printed once the autograph is received. I know with some cards they don't print the cards until they receive the autograph(s) for the card. Does it make sense, no  . Is it effective, no  . Is it Upper Deck, yes  .

Stranger things have happened outta the 'Backwoods!' or is that 'Back Stock!' of Carlsbad!

I think Carlin meant the stickers. The rest of his emails to me about the matter he used the word stickers, not cards.
