Harold Reynolds Fired from ESPN

Ok, this makes no sense to me at all. I loved watching Baseball Tonight with him on it..he was a great player in his day and that's why I always listened to his opinions (noticed I said GREAT player, sorry Kruk). The only thing I can think of that ESPN fired him for was his comments on the Arod controversy..but that's a huge stretch to say the least. This was the most idiotic move ESPN has done. Thanx jerkoffs.

Another site I was reading said it was rumored to have some sort of sexual harrasment brought forth against him. But that is just a rumor. He did walk off the set after that A-Rod argument with Kruk. He probably shouldn't have done that.

Well, aside from the rumors..just because he walked off the set after an argument doesn't justify them firing him.

I have to admit having met him both as a player and with ESPN in Detroit last year for the all star game this guy is class all around...I love what he brings to baseball tonight---I for one will miss him...

Walking off while shooting and leaving all of his script by no one else to fill. I can see the justification. You don't walk off of TV like that unless your being physically threatened etc.. Sorry I'm playing the Devil's Advocate

It couldn't have been live. I remember the debate he had with Kruk about Arod..it was heated, yes. I'm not sure if they replaced him later in the show or not, but I didn't remember them changing the crew that day. My point is that him walking off (mostly likely not live, because I know Reynolds character he wouldn't just screw them over like that) doesn't justify them firing him..he's been with the company for like 10 years right? Has he had any previous "walk-offs"? Has he had any previous employees complain about him enough for them to fire him? Something bad must have happened off camera because I just don't swallow that pill, if they fired him just because of that, it's COMPLETE bullsh*t.
