im looking at some of his ice /99 rookies but i see he hasnt sold a card for a while and all he has is high end /99 stuff just curious if im gonna get scredwed if i bid on this card !

can't speak to his selling side but he just won a JVR Ice RC /99 from me and paid pretty fast. if anything weird happens, i'll be sure to post an update here.

I don't think you should be worried, the guy has good feedback and paying with paypal you are protected. Just because he is selling high end items does not mean anything, I personally don't sell much on eBay but when I do it is always a high end card.
