I was wondering if a memorabilia card with a complete game-used patch (other than a league logo or letter) has ever been produced.

I think it would make a great card and could be done, if not already, through a box topper or some kind of redemption card. Imagine all the great looking cards that could be made with all the patches available.

No. It might be feasible to do with the shoulder blazes, but even then I doubt it would be outside of a higher-end product - gamers represent too big a capital investment to squander so liberally.

THe 04/05 lockout year Ultimate were big enough that some have near complete special patches. There was a Yzerman that had either a playoff patch or the believe patch, I can't find a picture of it....

the closest i think were the superlative meigray tags which had the whole tag, but i dont think a card is really big enough to fit the entire patch. would be cool though :D

Topps came closest, as Trish mentioned...they also had some SOLID cards in basketball (Selective Swatches) where they took the complete team logos from the backs of the jerseys (as well as each individual letter) and put them in 1/1 cards. The Bosh 1/1 had the Raptors basketball/claw patch and it was VERY cool.

The problem is that most of the patches are too big to fit on cards (except in fold out cards).
