I recently sold an item on eBay. A week after it’s been sold and paid for, I get a notification that it’s been removed for violating the counterfeit item policy. It is a Presidents Choice card and obviously 100% legit. The card itself is on its way to eBay’s authenticator, but hasn’t arrived there yet. Will they just send the card back to me now, and refund the buyer? Has anyone here ever experienced this?

Not exactly the same thing. But on Sat. I dropped off 141 cards to PSA for grading. When they looked over my submission
they informed that they would not grade the 1978 Wayne Gretzky pre-rookie card. They said because it was not from a
licensed set. So are they looking at cards made by Dr. Price at Presidents Choice in the same light. They used the term
counterfeit. But not licensed would also make the point. I am sure if I wanted PSA to grade some of the fine cards
that Glenn made for me that they would not grade them either. Just my thoughts on the matter.Thanks.

How would that make them any different from ITG stuff post NHL licensure? They operated predominantly on athlete-by-athlete likeness rights.
