Hi, I'm currently working on the 05/06 Cup Signature Patch set and I have yet to ever see the following cards surface, does anyone know if they exist?

2005 SP-RN Rick Nash Blue Jackets (SP /40) (FOUND!)
2005 SP-JT Jose Theodore Canadiens
2005 SP-JO Joe Thornton Sharks

Any help would be great, especially a scan.
