have you ever heard of upperdeck replacing a damaged pull

hey guys I picked up a pack of Champs
would have had a good pull pulled a J.S. Giguere mini Auto blue back
odds state that it is a hard pull it was all creased and nicked
the rest of the pack was mint
do you think that they would replace it

if it's a rare card or low serial numbered, they might not have one in stock as they should be all packed out, but they would likely offer something else as replacement, but in many cases the replacement isn't as good as the damaged card

I have sent a card to them that was damaged, they could not replace it and sent me a few packs of product to ease the pain, plus the original card.

Well they definitely won't have their replacement stock in for Champs yet, as the product just came out this past week. Generally give it a month or so - I called about my Mario Lemieux Black Diamond shortly after the product's release and they said to give 4-6 for stock to arrive. So I sent it out the other day along with another damaged item and am hopeful for a good return.

The only other QA issue I had was a Josh Gorges Exclusives, which they replaced in very good time.

Call first so that they know your sending it in.... if they tell you they will not be able to replace it you will have saved time, annoyance and the shipping cost. I called about damaged SPGU cards ... was made well aware that there would be no way to replace them and they are going to just send me something to make up for it.

Be sure to cover your butt and use tracking when you send it in. They lose quite a bit of returned product.

I had a few damaged Black Diamond jersey cards and they replaced them in about 3 weeks.

i've sent them a package from a few box breaks. they were able to replace a common jersey card and an 07-08 Hot Prospects RC auto patch for me. they even upgraded the rc auto patch from a 1 to 3 color. the other part they couldn't replace was a BAP stastny rc auto and they sent me a few packs of MVP to make up for it. pulled a malkin/ovechkin 1 on 1.

I had about 20-30 Young Guns shipped from a case all chipped on the top edge. I sent them back and I got all the Young Guns replaced with fresh ones.

Then I had two damaged patch cards from case of Artifacts. One was a Turco/Zubov #/10 and the other a Witt/Hunter #/25. They replaced the Witt/Hunter but couldnt replace the Turco/Zubov so they sent that one pack along with two packs of Artifacts.

One of those packs had this bad boy..

#/10... BTW.. so I have been happy with their replacement procedure in the past.
