Above is the link to a FAKE listing on a card I own,... I've encountered by this before in past listings. However, I forget how to report it and get some resolution so some poor fellow does not get cheated by fraudulent Ebayer's w/low feedback.

Any help reporting is MUCH appreciated!!!

Here's my listing below for the record:

As an eBay Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
I cant believe how desperate people can be to make a buck.
Absolutely pathetic person if you ask me.

Thanks for giving everyone a heads up on this one.
As for reporting this auction, there is a link at the very bottom of the auction under "Other Options" which allows you to report the auction.
Its probably best you do it than I, as you will have the proof this person is a scam artist.

If you hear back from ebay after filing, please let us know what happens.

It is a stolen image...but he does mention a different card #. I'm not saying it is right, but it's not necessarily a 100% scam. LOTS of people use "stolen" images on Ebay, but when it comes to cards with patches, this auction is definitley deceiving. Once reported, his auction should be taken down. If it was a real auction, it will pop up again with a real picture...if it doesn't, we know he is a scammer.

Imagine the guy that pays $2000 for that card, opens the package only for it to be a plain white swatch unlike the 3 colour beaut in the picture

Hey Stephen,

Just checked the listing again, and although the auction is still running, the image has been removed. ;)

Thanks everyone for their help,... an Ebayer helped inquire about the other seller's listing. The seller claims he copied my listing because his brother wanted to sell the card,... (???). Something smells fishy to me with low feedback and adding up all the red flags. However, I do NOT see the image of the my #20/87 on his listing anymore and he lists #44/87,... so I guess that's sufficient,...

Yeah - to receive a solid black patch from bidding after assuming it was the one in the picture is VERY not kosher,... :(

THANKS GUYS!

Wow, Charleroi is literally about 2 miles from where I go to school. Not to generalize, but most of the people I've met from there aren't exactly the brightest...as you can see with this auction. Perhaps I'll drop him a message and ask if I can see it in person.
