Help with my AVATAR please!!!!

Hello,
I just need to know how to get a custom avatar. Maybe I'm blind but I couldn't find out how to do it anywhere. If you know how please give me the instructions.

You'll have to send the custom pic to either vegaspuck or autobilia.

Not to hijack here, but why is it that we can set our own signature images, but avatars have to be manually set up by admin? Either one can be turned off in the cp so you don't have to view them if you don't want. Just curious
