Help (with nameplate reattachment)

I'm thinking about buying a jersey but the name plate is not attached anymore it comes with the jersey. I was just wondering how I could re attach it. Again its not a high dollar jersey so I don't mind having to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

if it is a game used, i would suggest stitching it one. I have had to do this a few times, and found sewing machines work best, or bring it to a tailor tohave it professionally put on

Its probably $10 from a jersey shop to do. Make sure they cross stitch it like real gamers are.

The lethbridge hurricaines do this to their game used jerseys... imagine walking into their souvonier trailer (another story there) and seeing an entire team rack of 09/10 game used home and away jerseys.... with the name plates ripped off. UGH!


How does sewing on a name plate effect the provanance, shall we say, of a jersey?
