It is an Autographed photo that is framed by Frameworth and limited to 350 copies. It is worth what someone is willing to pay for it.
Not sure when it was released, but it comes with a paper from Frameworth with a COA. A quick search I have found 2 of these, one of them the asking price was $400 but I am not sure the year and I am not sure if that was CAD or USD. Found another one actually in a city 30 minutes from me that will be up for auction soon.
I am sure you could do some more research yourself, it was easy to find at least a couple copies of this.
I do not see why this wouldn't be an easy $300-$400 CAD. Doug Laurie in Barrie has one on his site, isn't he a member on HI?

Thanks for the info. I met up with the person this morning and had a look at it. It was won at a Tim Hortons official trade night event.
I was happy to bring it home with me
