Heres a stupid Bay question

I have a couple cards I would mind trying on the bay BUT NOT AUCTION I am looking to do BUY IT NOW/OR BEST OFFER function but cant seem to figure out how to get it on. Do you have to be power seller or have a store or can any one (like me) do a buy it now without the auction?

On the same section where you put your starting bid, there's a tab that lets you move over to the BIN/BO section. You don't have to be a power seller, anyone can do it.

I saw that but thought it would still run the auction with a buy it now tab. So I can try that without the starting bid then and it would be BIN/BO then.

I will try it. Hope I dont screw it up!!!
