I recently sold off some cards and used the profits to buy a case of Parkhurst Champions.... I got the case for 850, which works out to just over $50/box, so I couldn't pass up the chance to see if I could pull one of the remaining 4 wire autos I still need....
I got the case today and just finished breaking it, so here are the bigger hits.... there were a lot of garbage autos and two parkhurst back mini's (one of which is badly damaged :-s)
And here is the top 3 in the order I pulled them....
#3 (box 5) - I saw the blue ink and the wire photo, so I got excited, but as it turns out, I already have this one.... not a bad player to pick up a double of though!!!
#2 - (box 12) If you haven't cracked this stuff before 2 packs in every box have decoys in them.... I had gotten nothing in any of the decoy packs thus far, so I had actually stopped noticing when I had hit one..... until I pulled this monster and reason for the decoys!!
#! - (box 16 of 16 - pack 20 of 20) Finally, from the very last pack of the very last box... I had already hit one auto and was just about to wrap up the break when I saw a smear of blue in on one of the back cards..... I pull back the base card to reveal this.......
Thanks for looking,,, comments always appreciated..... everything is available (except maybe the howe - I haven't decided yet)...... if you have any of the wire autos available that I still need please let me know (Lemieux, Roy, Hull/Mikita, Howe/Bower)......:goal:
