Hobby Shops - San Francisco

Hi guys

I'm travelling to San Francisco in a few weeks and I was wondering if there was anywhere I could pick up some cards ?

I'd be primarily interested in hockey ( which I realise is unlikely ) but would pickup some basketball or football cards of my favourite players.

Just wondering if anyone knew of any stores that I could contact in advance and enquire about their inventory

I realise for most a trip to a card store isn't that big a deal - but when you've flown for twelve hours for your first US visit, I'd love to visit my kind of shop.

Check out Penninsula Sports Cards in BELMONT, which is about a 10 minute drive from SFO. They have hockey, and there are some pretty friendly guys that work there :beer:

Sorry to hijack this thread but I'm also in the SF area every summer but primarily up by Healdsburg and Santa Rosa. Anybody know card shops up there ?
