Hey all,
I'm like a parent on facebook on these boards recently. I do a lot of stalking and not a lot of posting. Anyways, I know there has been a problem in the past communicating with UD/ePack about the quality control issue we may have faced. But there is good news! They have handed over the email to a staff member and he is working hard/well at fulfilling requests. I just had a request dealt with that was about 18 months old (2016/17 SPx). So if you've held off or given up on your requests...try again!
Anyways, just wanted to make the PSA in case anyone had problems currently outstanding or if they had given up. Have a great week everyone!
