Just wondering how everyone thought their favorite NFL team did in the draft this year.

For me...I think the Packers definitely filled some gaping holes on defense and offense. Also, they did a good job in the free agent market shoring up their defense.

Ah, my Steelers. I will say they let some good talent go but they had a few solid Free agent pick ups. Kimo, Antwaan and a few others Now as for the draft, it was a Great day, imo. 2 WR on the first day and both are exactly the same size 5-11 and they weigh 187 lbs, Weird! They hopefully got some help in the secondary with their 2nd round pick.

Now my 2 fav picks in the draft,
Omar Jacobs QB hope he converts to WR.
Cedric Humes awesome smash mouth runner, he will be a good compliment to Parker.

11chaos i agree that they did well. i am very happy. i just wish that they would have held on to antwaan randle el but oh well i guess. i think holmes will do well.

I'm feeling pretty good with the Panthers' picks. Was extremely happy when I saw that we picked up DeAngelo Williams as he should have an immediate impact on the team. Although he doesn't fit in with our style of play for RBs I think he'll do well since he's extremely fast. Also picking up Rashad Butler (OT) was a good pick since we could use some O-line help. All around, I'm liking our chances next year to win it :)

I use to follow the Lions but after the 1999 season I just bash em now. I can't go rooting for other teams as many Lions fans do...that is not me. I have never seen so many Lions/Broncos fans or Lions/49'ers fans or Lions/Cowboys fans hahahahaha. I was and I guess will always be a loser Lions fan---this team drives me nuts I use to give my Sunday's away to watch em for three hours now I go to the park on Sunday's with the kids or shopping at the mall...Yes anything to get away from having to watch the Lions leading in the 4th quarter with 5 minutes to go only to snatch a Lose out of the jaws of Victory!!!! The draft---when is the last time the Lions had a good draft? 1989? ok trading with the Browns and getting two first round pics is about the only smart thing Millen has done...this year draft great player but head problems...college and pro different game--I look to see this Sims guy last about three games then on the DL. As for the rest I don't follow college football enough to know how Millen screwed up the rest of the draft but I have the up most confidence he messed it up pretty good. At any rate I think the Lions needed to draft either a WR with the first pick or a QB...therefore another wonderful draft for the Lions but hey next year the Lions will have a extra sixth rounder...woot whoooo

first off let me say the steelers **** for moving ahead of the bears for holmes. :D as for our draft if danieal manning is as good has the hype and hester is the return man angelo thinks he will be then we did great.. i would have prefered we drafted a TE, but we did pick up tim day as an UDFA. and his measurables compare with lewis until last season so we shall see.
as for what we did in the FA let me go on record as saying the breadskins have more money the sense. randle el would have made a great addition to the Bears but not for as much as they gave him i think it was 30 mil for 6 years. i think the griese signing was a good one so when glassman breaks this year we will have a real backup to come in. Orton will be the starter next season if rex goes down again. and lastly i love the manning Jr signing also with Zoom retiring we need a good nickle back to replace him.

The packers are looking at some free agent lineman that has started the last 4 years for someone to come in and start too--name escapes me.

They are also talking to Ross Verba I believe
