How do you price higher end stuff that doesn't list often?

I am thinking of taking five completed Young Guns sets to the next show. I will have a table, I will be the dealer. BUT, they are older ones, and a few are doozies:
06-07 UD1
10-11 UD1
13-14 UD 1 and 2
14-15 UD1.

I see like NONE of these selling recently on eBay, and I am not very educated on the auction sites. How would you go about pricing these? Would you ask for full pop on the key guys and have the rest of the set thrown in as "free"? Total up all of the cards' recent individual sales and then discount it? Not sure what to do here.
I have no interest in grading the key guys, and I have no interest in splitting up the set if I don't have to. I was considering doing "SET BREAK" style eBay listings, but the amount of tracking, etc., just gets daunting, so I'd love to move them at the show. Any advice is appreciated.

Selling a full set can be difficult. Especially to dealers at shows. They really will only be interested in the bigger name players and the commons will just be throw ins. Keep in mind that a dealer buys stuff at prices they can profit off of.

Best bet may be to just post the cards here and someone may want to buy a set or maybe even the whole thing. Yes shipping is a pain but it is a lot quicker to ship a full set than it is to ship individual cards from the set.

As a start, I would probably take the value of the top 4 or 5 guys and throw in the rest for free, or include in your value anything that sells over $20. The rest is filler... Or, take what you feel is the total value of it and decide for yourself what percentage of that value you would be happy with.

You have to consider who is likely going to want to buy it... I can't remember the last time I was doing a show that anyone was asking for full sets of those, but I've seen plenty of dealers bring full sets with young guns and take them home again. Your most likely sale on them at a show is someone who sees value in buying it, busting it up and making a profit by investing the time in selling the big guys individually and lotting out the rest. No one from a buy and hold position (investor) will want to spend money on cards they don't want or need. And the guys that religiously build sets will have put those ones to bed long ago.
