One. JO donated $55,000 to the Tsunami relief fund, a classy move. Where the rest of the NBA's stars in this tragedy? Anyone going to give up some dough for a good cause?

yeah i think theres a whole group of players along with the ones tonite who next week are gonna donate 1000 for every point for the whole week

yeah tmac and kobe both are donating 1 grand per point they make in tonights game, they had a little interview with both of them, saying more people who do this, and get paid lots of money need to do this as well

It is refreshing to see some of the best players in the league donating to the cause, such as McGrady, Kobe, Gasol, etc. An overhaul of the image of the typical NBA player is needed and this is a good step, especially for JO and Kobe.

However, JO will be the player donating the most. ;)

I have a feeling other players like Kobe/Tmac will end up doubling their donations. Pierce and Gary payton were giving 1,000 for every assist combined.

yeah anyone like that should definatly donate a lot anyways, they make more than anyone else, and have all the crap they want.

Well, I want to see them get close to the $10 million that Michael Schumacher donated, LOL. Although he has alot more cash than these guys as it is... Although when you donate nearly 200 times more then these guys, maybe they should pitch in a bit more?

But I do agree, anything these guys are doing is helping. I just wish that others would... Although Michael did lose a BG in the tragedy...

Thanks- Colin
