How Many Of You Have Gone An Bought A Hobby Box Of Fleer.....and Got Robbed!

I went To The Flea Market And Bought a Hobby Box Of 05 National Pastimes And When I Opened The Box There were Supposed to Be 24 Packs i Got 20...And I Opened Up 2 Packs And They WERE ALL DUPLICATES...Yes ALL DUPLICATES...So I Called Card Support And The Operator Hooked Me Up With A Guy And I Was Told To Open The Remaining Packs...So I Did And They Too Were All Duplicates....So He Told Me He Would Check Into It And Never Heard From Him Again....So I Emailed Fleer Trading Cards...And This Is What Was Emailed Back To Me Not In Full Words But Of What I remember The Email Saying...Were Sorry For The Inconvenience But At This Time We Are Not Accepting Returns On Hobby Boxes...Please Feel Free To Check Back Next Year As These Cards Will Be Out Of Production Run And We Can Fully Help you Resolve Your Card Issues....WHAT A FRIGGIN EMAIL After Paying 80 Bux For a Box Of That Crap....So I Then Called Back And Got a Head Honcho On The Line And Explained To Him What Had Happened And He Told Me To Send The Box Back And Wanted To Know Who Sent The Email Seein How All Operators at Fleer Have Their Own Email...So I Read The Address And He Verbally Repremanded The Operator On The Line While He Told Me That He Would Ship Me Out Another Box Of Cards LOL That Was A Great Ending To a Crappy Situation...
 
Um its prolly that the seller there at the flea market opened the box and packs himself and put all the crappy stuff back into the packs and resealed them, and then took out all the good cards you are supposed to get and pulled them himself and sold them to make his money.

Trust me I've heard and seen people who do this, it's lame really....but if that's your case or not i dunno, it's just something i thought would help.

Yeah they could reseal it. That's why their is a person on ebay who sells something called a "Hot Box" of any product. What he does is search all the packs and then put all the packs with like the autos and game used into one box, and reseals it prolly to sell it, trust me people will stoop to any level to make a profit...

Yeah That Is True Ive Seen Those On Ebay Before Never Knew What They Meant so I stayed away From Em lol
 
Yeah I Never Heard Tell Of send Some Of The Duplicated Cards Back With The Box UPC And Well Send You a New Box In The Mail...That Blew My Mind...As I Did the Next Day After Talking To That Gentleman I Wrapped Up about 40 Duplicated Cards and The Box Top And Sent Them Back....So I Should Be Gettin The Box In The Mail This Week And Ill Do A Live Break As Soon As I Get it....
 
Should not take no more than a week. I get boxes from Prass Pass and it usually takes a week.--jch

I use to work at Office Depot and they has a stretch wrap machine. You'd be surprised.
 
Seriously man some people will do whatever it takes to make a profit, and that's why its best to buy from a well known dealer or your local hobby shop where you know the people maybe?
 
Yeah Im Gonna Start Buying From Sportscards Direct + Here In My Hometown At Least Me And That Guy Are On The Same Page And He Treats Me Right On PRICE ;)
