If any members can help with my dilemma it would be much appreciated! I am trying to clarify what is the official RC of Mark and Marty Howe. We are all aware that the 51-52 Parkhurst is regarded as Gordie's RC although growing up I always thought it was the 54-55 Topps...and lets not bring up the Beehive photos or Exhibits....lol!
Anyways...Both sons are on the Howe Family card from the 74-75 OPC WHA set. I have seen and always assumed this was Mark and Marty's RC. Lately I have seen that some are calling the 75-76 OPC WHA as their RC's and now I'm confused.
Is this a group image vs solo image thing? If so, than that's not consistent with other releases where multiple players share the same RC. It's not a WHA vs NHL issue since both releases in question are WHA. Neither player has an earlier release than the family card that I'm aware of either.
