I need advice about a card purchased from the bay....What to do????

Well I must have done something horrible to someone that i don't know about as this is the second issue in 1 month with another seller on the bay.

Here is a pic of the card they sold me:

Here's what I received:

Unbelievable Considering it was in a penny sleeve and a nice used top loader not boarded or anything.

I didn't pay much of it about $6.00 USD, but now I have to leave feedback, and I know there going to come back (even though it's positive) with some kind of negative reply to me leaving the Neg. on there rating.:|

Should I even bother or what are your thoughts?

Looks like manufacurers damage to me - I would guess that it was like that before they shipped it - looks pretty familiar.

I would contact the seller first and give them an opportunity to give you a partial refund before sending them a negative - may as well give them a chance to make it right.

Actually I did yesterday, and they said to read the description.

They messaged me back to my email that it was shipped in Mint condition, and offered nothing else.
