I Need Some Ebay Help Please!

Hey guys I really starting to hat ebay alot. Ever since they changed the way to get monies back from non-payers it's a hassle, they changed it in July and alll this time when I sent warnings and such I thought the fees would be credited back automatically any how they all say eligible for cridet no credit issued time has passed. Here I am again eligbile for a credit and darn to hell I CANNOT find a link anywhere to get my actual final value fee back, Total scam by ebay to hide it and hide it dam good! Anyhow can someone give me the link for it if you know it?

K never mind guys I guess you don't wait for someone to respond you just close the dispute and you can say that you no longer wish to wait for the buyer and you get the fee back. Still very idiotic to make it so hard for someone to get there monies back. Can we say www.ebay(cashcow).com?
