It all depends on how many cases each store asks for and how "good" of a client said store is to the distributor. I'm positive some stores get better treatment than others depending on different things like amount of sales of other product, payment of invoices in a timely manner, etc. which makes complete business sense. However, some stores just aren't on distributors' priority lists and they tend to get shafted. Sucks but that's just the way it is
