Is Norway a safe place to mail to?

Hi everyone, someone sent me an offer for my 99 Lindros starquest gold /100 and lives in Norway. Is it a safe place to mail something high end? I usually only mail to Canada, Sweden, Finland and Czech. Is there anywhere people recommend not to mail to besides Russia? Thanks for any help, Seth

Norway is totally safe, you should have 0 issues. I would not ship to Spain, middle east or asia except Japan.
