is this a scam

selling something to a gentelman in the US from Canada. he sent payment to my paypal, but I getbthis message in my email spam folder and no notification in my PayPal. see pic below

Most definitely a scam, a very common one. He did not send anything to your PP account, he is trying to access it to steal from you. The complete lack of anything resembling the correct usage of the English language should be a dead giveaway.
