Is this another UD error or a photoshop job?

I've been looking at this auction for days now trying to figure out if this card is legit or not. It appears to have numbering on it, and the swatch could be a patch, but why does it say GU Jersey on it instead of patch, like all the others?

I could be wrong but I vaguely remember a year where series 1 patches said only 'jersey' and they fixed it in series 2 so they said 'patch'. Not 100% sure though.

it's real, it is a patch /15 it's just another upperdeck error....the patch piece comes from a new york islanders jersey of his....

as much as its wrong in my opinion,we are all used to there being jersey/patch pieces from other team jerseys that the player played on.Not the colour of the jersey pictured.

I realize that it's a piece from the Islanders jersey. I did search for other patch/15 for 06-07 and they all say patch on them.

It's the other way around. Apologies for the gang scan here. The Cammalleri patches in this picture are from 06-07 Series 2. The 2 from the bottom rightmost scans are patch parallels.

You can tell the difference because the base design colors are different. They were silver banding on the jerseys and gold banding around the patches.
